Part II: One Proud Grandma

Elijah David, or Eli as we all call him. Here he is with brother Grantie at the cabin on top of a pile of snow. Eli is the youngest of Ky and Jen's boys. He is only from March to September younger than Zach but that put him a year behind in school. He just finished the 5th grade and will be a 6th grader next fall. Eli is a lot of fun. He can be very funny and all of the younger grandkids love him. He is really good to play with them and make them feel great. Eli loves attention, of course who doesn't, but he really likes it. He likes to have one on one time with his parents and also with his grandparents.
The thing he really likes is candy, well cookies are right up there too. Whitt took him to a all you can eat buffet and he started off with dessert. Eli can also be very moody but that doesn't happen too often and I think the older he gets the better he is. Eli has the cutest dimples. He is going to be a real lady killer. The girls will think he is so cute. He really is a handsome young man. We are so proud of you Eli. He is loving sports he just got through playing baseball and now he is looking forward to football. He is a great little athlete. Eli also has the last birthday of the year in our immediate family. He will turn 12 on the 23 of Sept.

Zachary Whitt Lovell, Zach Man is 12, what can we say about him. One thing for sure is he is so very much like his dad, except that he is always hiding away somewhere reading a book. I don't think his dad ever read a book until the last few years. Zach does love to read, he also loves tv that he got from his dad. He would watch tv or play nintendo all the time if he could. This past while he has been playing baseball and he does seem to like that. Baseball has been great for him to get him up and active. Zach is very ticklish. He is ticklish all over and he just can't stop laughing when you tickle him. Zach wants to be tough but he really is a sweetheart everytime I talk to him on the phone he doesn't say a whole lot but he always says I love you before he hangs up. We enjoy Zach a lot and we think he is great. Keep up the good work Zach and keep reading all those books.

Koen P. Olsen, that is how I address packages to him. What a great little guy. He smiles the biggest smile ever. He also is a pretty happy little guy and boy does his mom have him trained. He goes to sleep about 8 p.m. and doesn't get up until 9 a.m. or so. That is 13 hours of sleep. He ought to be real happy. We have just had a great visit from Alesha and Koen and we had such a good time. Koen loves his grandpa and they had fun fixing the sprinklers. He also loves to eat icecream and that makes his grandpa happy since he loves it to.
Ko Ko that is what we all call him, is a gadget boy. He loves remotes, phones, and anything else that has buttons. He also likes to dance and he uses his mom's phone to dance to. We are so looking forward to having him closer so we can see him and get to know him better. Libby Lieu, our littlest member of the family. She was born Aug. 29, 2007 so she is almost 10 months old. She is a very happy little girl. She loves to sleep and she also loves to laugh. She can really belly laugh and it is soo cute. She really likes her uncle Ky which is a surprise only because Claire and Whitley always had to warm up to him. But little Libby just thinks he is great. She loves her sisters and they do all kinds of funny things so she will laugh at them. Her mom tells us that she is crawling all over and pulling herself up to things. We look forward to seeing her do all these things in the near future.

Franklin William Lovell, Frankie as we call him is Jeff and Kirstie's baby. But he isn't a baby anymore he is a big boy. He just had his 3rd birthday on June 1st and he got several pair of big boy underwear. Frank is all boy he loves balls, big balls, small balls, baseballs, basketballs, footballs. He loves to throw, catch and kick and he is pretty darn good for a 3 year old. He is probably just about as good as his 8 year old brother.
Frank also is tough, we know he didn't get that from his dad, so we will give uncle Ky the credit. He can and will bully just about anyone no matter how big they are. He will try anyone. Frankie is also a sweet boy when he wants to be he is cuddly and cute and he has the greatest laugh. One day we were laughing because he would copy everything Henry said. He just looked at us and said "what's go funny" then we cracked up laughing again. He has a laugh that makes everyone around him laugh. He also likes to dance and boy can he shake his booty!!
